Customer Experiences that’s the big thing in town at the moment. Most companies are talking about experiences, but most people don’t really know what an experience is, so I have a definition here that we use at Limitless;
An Experience is:- “Something that happens to you that affects how you feel”
That’s very important.
It addresses senses, it creates emotions and remains in your memory.
Whenever we design a new concept for a client, we always put this up on our whiteboards and keep asking ourselves, are we in line with these points. Is it really an experience we’re designing or is it just somethings we feel is cool but is not adding value to the customer’s journey?
Something that we have discovered recently at Limitless, but will be new to you is;
“Experience wont just sell product. Experience will be the product!”
Experience needs to be engaging, unique, personalised, surprising and most important of all repeatable. Making something repeatable and scalable is the really magical thing about experiences.
